Membership Refund Terms & Conditions

The Southern Tablelands 4-Wheel Drive Club Inc. has the following refund policy in respect of its memberships.

The joining fee and membership fees are non-refundable, however:

• Refunds will be issued if a member overpays their membership and/or joining fees.
• Refunds will also be made if a new application is not approved by the Club.
• No other refunds will be provided except in limited exceptional circumstances (as determined by ST4WDC Committee at its sole and absolute discretion. Each particular circumstance is unique, and the exercise of discretion by the ST4WDC Committee in one instance does not create the obligation to exercise that same discretion in another.)Refund requests are to be made by email to membership@st4wdc.com.au
