Track Clearing Brindabella NP – NSW Parks Assistance
YOU MUST HAVE COMPLETED THE ST4WDC CHAINSAW TRAINING COURSE TO NOMINATE
At short notice ST4WDC has been requested by NSW National Parks to assist with track clearing to be able to reopen the Brindabella NP due to closure form current storm impacts.
Glen Watts will be the trip leader and will be organising participants to assist with clearing the parks tracks and summarising their conditions after the current storms that have swept through the area.
Required will be ST4WDC accredited Chainsaw trained Members to assist with clearing felled timber across the parks tracks. We will be working in teams depending on the numbers preference will be given to Chainsaw accredited members however backups to assist moving timber will also be required.
Grade three trained members with full PPE equipment, lunch, and snacks required maximin of 10 vehicles
