Cowarra Gold Mine
Activity Description:
This is an easy trip for all and people who have not completed driver training are welcome. This can be an overnighter or a day trip. We will depart Willamsdale at 0900 and transit to Bredbo for coffee. From Bredbo we will follow the country roads to Cowarra gold mine and explore the area. In the afternoon we will head to Talooge to camp for the night. Those who want to can head home from here. On Sunday we will hang out at Talooge and drive the tracks

Keryn Zissler slipped on the mud and damaged her ankle. This ankle was broken in January 2015 and was not long out of plaster. Keryn and her husband Michael stayed on the trip But I sped it up so they could get back to Canberra for and X-ray. Email sent to property and president re Talooge I stayed at Talooge on Saturday night. The heavy rains had no major effect on Talooge. We did not have to use the bridge. Coopers gate crossing has had a good wash and is drivable. We actually drove it but did drain off before departing the creek. There was some tree limbs debris at the offset mounds and the bog hole and on Ducks. These we cleared
