The aim of this workshop is to assist members seeking to lead club trips, to confidently coordinate and run four-wheel driving activities. On completion of the workshop students will be able to:
- Understand the role and responsibilities of a trip leader,
- Understand the role and responsibilities of trip participants,
- The process of preparing a trip for proposal, seeking Committee approval, and advertising the trip to members,
- Deciding Trip grading,
- Running the trip and post trip responsibilities
- Manage recoveries

- Convoy and participant management
- Delegation of duties
