Two Thumbs Up for Easter

Easy long weekend at Two Thumbs Wildlife Sanctuary at Peak View. You are able to come and go as you wish so come for the whole weekend, overnight, or whatever.

After all the work done by the Club in November to help recovery after the fires, we have been invited back for the Easter long weekend to complete a couple more tasks:

1. Drive and map the tracks on the property (none of the tracks are difficult but some are Grade 3)
2. Check for fish in the Bredbo river (bring your own fishing gear)
3. Relax and and joy the serenity

This will be an easy and relaxing weekend with a number of camping areas available, and a shower and toilet available at a couple of the possible camp sites. Off road campers/caravans are acceptable.

Possible Grade 2 day trips out to The Big Hole or Tuross Falls (or somewhere else local) may be on the cards depending on interest.

Unfortunately there are no Koalas in the enclosures at the moment.

New members, or members who have not completed Basic Driver Training are welcome on this trip.

There are no initial plans to run convoys, but depending on numbers and timing various convoys can be arranged
