Balloon Spectacular
Activity Description:
We need volunteers as crew support at the ACT Balloon Spectacular which starts on Saturday of the Canberra Day long weekend. Duties include: helping pilots set up, follow or chase your balloon to help with pack up and transport back to Old Parliament House, helping with refilling of gas bottles. Once back enjoy a complimentary Lyons Club breakfast while share stories. Take this opportunity to meet Australian and overseas pilots and to meet and talk to locals who come to admire the hot air balloons. Each pilot endeavours to take their crew for a flight. Contact Catherine by phone or email. You don’t have to volunteer every day even 1 -2 days is a help.
