This half hour before the monthly Club meeting is for new and existing club members to have their vehicles and recovery gear evaluated. For new club members this is necessary prior to attending the Basic Driver Training Course to ensure they have the required accessories and essential equipment to complete the course. For existing club members you may wish to have new (to you) vehicles evaluated to ensure they are equipped appropriately for Grade 3 trip. You are also welcome if you would appreciate some advice before purchasing items. A handout will be emailed regarding vehicle requirements in order to attend the course, and this form must be brought to the vehicle evaluation for the instructor to fill in. The handout, confirming any requirements or requests outlined to the student regarding their vehicle, must be checked off, prior to being accepted on the driving component of the course. This is a mandatory requirement.
