Stewart’s Crossing campground is located on the Shoalhaven River. It’s a wide spacious campground with a large sand area providing easy access to the water if you want to swim. There are portable toilets on site. Please bring your own firewood, confirmation of any fire bans will be confirmed closer to the date. Access is by paved and well maintained gravel roads and as such is a grade 2 trip so members who haven’t completed basic training are welcome to attend. This is just intended to be a relaxing weekend down by the river, there is no set itinerary so you are welcome to come for the day or stay the night if you wish. I will be running a convoy out there from Queanbeyan, but you are welcome to make your own way there and home.
