Who wants to come on the June long weekend and check out scenic Deua NP and camp at historic Bendethera Valley campground? A focus of this trip will be driving the many fire trails in the park. It is a big area and drivers of vehicles that have a fuel tank of around 70 litres should carry an extra 30 litres of fuel. The trip will start from Moruya at 930 am on the Saturday and will go in on Oulla Creek FT. It will take 4 hrs or more to get to the campground. Many sections of the tracks are very steep and can be intimidating. All drivers must have done some previous driving on this type of terrain and bring their own recovery gear. Participants will need to book a campsite with National Parks for Saturday and Sunday night. Trailers are not permitted.
