This is a social trip with a little bit of dirt road action suitable for both old and new members. It is designed to show support for the local Bredbo community. This could be a day trip or you can camp overnight behind the pub. Camper trailers and off road vans are welcome. We will be meeting just over the bridge in Tharwa on Saturday 14 November at 10am with a planned departure time of 10.15am. The plan is to travel along Bobyan Road (if it is open), Shannon Flat Road, Billilingra Road and Monaro Hwy to Bredbo Hotel where we will be having lunch. We will make a quick stop on the way at Brayshaw’s hut if anyone wants to have a look around. If you don’t want to travel on the dirt then you can meet us in Bredbo around midday. After lunch anyone who is interested can visit the Christmas Barn or set up camp behind the pub, sit around the pub catching up and planning your next big trip or visit the sheep dog trials which will be on in the park a short stroll from the pub. There is also the Murrumbigee River and Bredbo River a short drive away.
