The 2024 Christmas party is to be held at Kowen Forest, from Friday 6 December through to Sunday 8 December. I have been advised that the club will be the only ones using the Forest that weekend. As a bonus, we have decided to take advantage of having Kowen Forest to ourselves, so there will be the option to drive some of the tracks on Saturday morning. The main event will be held on Saturday night and dinner will be provided. For those who want to participate, there will also be activities such as best Christmas decorated car and Secret Santa more details will follow at meetings and in the newsletter. There are three options for attendance, as below and the cost for attending is $11 per night, per person over the age of 15. * Attend Friday and Saturday * Attend Saturday only * Attend party only Please note that Kowen Forest is accessible for caravans and campers. Once you have nominated, please let me know by email me the dates you will be attending, how many people and whether you will be joining in on the driving activity. As the club is going to be billed for use of Kowen Forest, I will advise you of payment details for the camping.
