Once completed you can bring the form along to a meeting, post it to the Membership Secretary at ST4WDC, GPO Box 2122, Canberra ACT 2601, or scan or photograph it and email to the membership secretary at membership@st4wdc.com.au. Alternatively you can use the "Fill & Sign" function in Adobe Acrobat Reader to complete the form, save it and then email to Membership Secretary at membership@st4wdc.com.au.
